DAM Coolers is dedicated to making some durable products. But sometimes the unexpected happens. If there’s an issue with your DAM product, we provide the below warranty.
Limited Warranty
We take pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all DAM Coolers products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions.
- Product must have been purchased from a DAM Coolers directly or from an Authorized dealer.
- You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from a DAM Coolers or Authorized dealer.
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the products care and instructions.
- Original Owner must Register with 7 days of receipt of item (Coming Soon)
- Service to the original registered owner of the product during the warranty period only.
- Service and Warranty nontransferable
- Replacement or full refund if product cannot be repaired.
What is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product. Warranty only covers;
- Defective Panels and outer bodies that are unmodified by the owner
- Defective interior parts that are free from disassembly, puncture, compromise or modification by the owner.
- Missing or defective hardware (Includes name plates, handles, screws)
- ETC
What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by Modification by owner or any user after purchase is completed.
- Damage caused by any external puncture of the panels on any sides
- This warranty does not cover the product being obsolete at any point in the future
How long does this Coverage last
- 1 Year – DAM Coolers DAM25 and DAM35, Accessories; Dividers, Trays and Baskets.
- 1 Year – DAM Coolers SOFTCOOL15 and SOFTCOOL20 Soft Coolers.
- 1 Year – DAM Coolers Cooler 2-in-1 Backpack.
Who is Covered by this Warranty
- Warranty is limited to the original purchaser only.
- The limited Warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.

- Deliver the complete product only, devoid of any contents, to this address.
- Insert your full name and return address
What DAM Coolers LLC will do to Fix the problem under
this Limited Warranty
- Repair the Product
- Replace the item if a Repair is not feasible in a reasonable amount of time.
- Issue a full or partial refund for the item depending on its use and condition
What DAM Coolers LLC will not do under this Limited Warranty
- DAM Coolers LLC Will not insure the product during its shipment to us.
- DAM Coolers LLC Assumes no risk if the product is lost during shipment.
- Warranty will only be processed when the returned product is received. Please keep your tracking number.
- Only the same exact item e.g Specification, Color etc, will be returned if a return option is active.
No Other Express Warranty Applies
- No verbal warranties apply to this product
- No other written warranties apply to this product
- This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty.
- No Employee, Agent, Dealer or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of DAM Coolers LLC.
Limitation on Liability
- DAM Coolers LLC shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
- DAM Coolers LLC shall not be liable for any personal injuries stemming from the abuse, misuse or modification of this product
- Applicable Federal laws protecting DCL
- Applicable State Laws protecting DCL
If your warranty claim is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and a pre-paid shipping label. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records. Products must be returned directly to DAM Coolers in the original or adequate cardboard packaging. A copy of the original sales receipt and the RA# must be included with the product.
